We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with a variety of landscaping and irrigation projects.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Rock removal and site preparation
• Ground leveling and grading
• Sod installation
• Trenching for landscaping and irrigation systems
• Irrigation installation and system setup
• General landscape cleanup and finishing work to create a clean, polished final product
• Shoveling, raking, pushing wheelbarrows, and other physical labor tasks The ideal candidate is:
• Reliable and consistently on time
• Professional and respectful on the job site
• Able to work carefully around materials, equipment, and finished work
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and performing outdoor labor
• Motivated to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
• Willing to learn and take direction On-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop skills and grow within the landscaping and irrigation industry.

This position begins with a one-month probationary period, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. Additional incentives are available based on quality of work and job completion efficiency. We offer full-time employment with guaranteed work and projects scheduled years out.
