Job Description

Outdoor & Greenhouse Cannabis Grower | $18.13/hour | Full-Time Join the Phat Panda cultivation team and grow premium cannabis in our outdoor fields and greenhouses. No cannabis experience required—we provide training.

Clayton, WA Schedule:

Full-time | 40 hours/week Benefits & Pay $18.13/hour Quarterly raises Employee product samples PTO + medical, dental, vision & life insurance Key Responsibilities Work outdoors and in greenhouse environments throughout the growing season Plant, prune, water, and harvest cannabis Monitor plant health and assist with crop maintenance Maintain clean, organized grow areas Support daily cultivation tasks and seasonal projects Requirements 21+ years old Comfortable working in outdoor elements and varying weather conditions Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable with weekend availability No cannabis experience required Grow Op Farms is an equal opportunity employer.
