Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of traditional farm tasks related to harvest activities
- Perform physical labor such as picking, sorting, and packing crops
- Operate basic farm equipment and tools under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and farm protocols at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet harvest deadlines Skills and Qualifications
