Full Job Description Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday:
8am-3pm (30 minute unpaid lunch) Potential for additional hours as business demands and/or growth opportunities arise Job Summary Our Farm Hands support daily hydroponic farm operations, assisting with tactical tasks to ensure a clean and efficient farm. Responsibilities include transplanting, harvesting, cleaning, and farm maintenance as directed. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and food quality standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily farming activities like transplanting, harvesting, cleaning and farm maintenance. Support and assist with all systems, tools, and infrastructure to ensure they are properly maintained and functioning as directed. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines to maintain high-quality standards. Assist with preparation of products for delivery or customer order pickup as directed. Assist with the tracking key performance metrics and provide reporting to management as directed. Assist with the inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste as directed. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications Passion for the mission:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to lift and carry equipment or materials as needed (weight requirements may vary). Experience in transplanting, harvesting, cleaning and farm maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards is preferred. Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of hydroponic farm systems is preferred but not required. Experience with tracking and maintaining stock levels of farm supplies is preferred What We Offer A supportive team environment. Pay:
