The Fertilization Crew Foreman is responsible for leading a crew that provides fertilization, weed control, and integrated pest management (IPM) services to residential and commercial landscapes. This position ensures all applications are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and state regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead fertilization/IPM crews in the field Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides according to company standards and label requirements Identify turf, ornamental, weed, insect, and disease issues and recommend appropriate treatments Coordinate daily work schedules, materials, and equipment needs Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on all assigned properties Communicate effectively with managers, customers, and other service departments Train and mentor crew members to improve performance, safety, and product knowledge Maintain accurate application records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Operate and maintain spray rigs, spreaders, and other application equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe vehicles and work areas Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscape fertilization, turf management, or pest control 1+ year of crew leadership or foreman experience preferred Working knowledge of turfgrass, ornamental plants, fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and common landscape pests and diseases Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Overtime and performance bonuses Paid Time off and Holidays Health Insurance 401
