Redeemer Valley Farm, a ministry of the Sisters of the Redeemer in Huntingdon Valley, PA , is seeking a Farm Director to provide visionary leadership and operational direction for our growing farm and team of staff and volunteers. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced agricultural leader who sees sustainable farming as more than a practice - it's a way to create positive environmental, social, and community impact. Lead the farm in fulfilling its mission while overseeing its day-to-day operations, including: Guide the Farm Team, volunteers, and community partners toward sustainable growth and meaningful impact. Oversee crop production, land management, infrastructure, and sustainable farming practices. Manage budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Help advance fundraising and grant efforts by providing agricultural expertise and cultivating relationships with donors and partners. Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders. Support hands-on farm activities, animal care, projects, and special events during peak seasons. You'll need: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience will be strongly considered in lieu of a degree . Strong knowledge and experience in sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship. A proven ability to lead people, build relationships, and bring diverse groups together around a shared vision. Experience supporting fundraising, grant development, donor cultivation, or revenue-generating initiatives. Strong strategic planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
