In this role, you will assist in managing the daily breeder farm operations, including biosecurity and Disease prevention, monitoring of bird health, environmental factors, reproductive and behavioral health, and nutrition, ensuring optimal flock performance, hatchery operations, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Farm :

egg production & quality control, Ensure that Farm Manager is collecting , inspecting and cleaning eggs daily , Monitor Hen & Rooster health, egg count & feed efficiency. Collect monthly swabs for testing. Maintenance of equipment, flock care, and biosecurity measures are being taken to ensure the health of birds.

Key responsibilities for the hatchery:

Plan and schedule hatches, set and monitor incubators & hatchers candle eggs, check egg fertility, maintain hatchery equipment, and make sure proper biosecurity measures are taken Additional Details
