We are seeking a motivated, dependable, hands-on Tree Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing tree farm in Southeast Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in agriculture, landscaping, nursery operations, or tree farming and be comfortable leading a crew while working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day tree farm operations Supervise, train, and schedule employees Oversee planting, pruning, fertilizing, and harvesting of trees Monitor and maintain irrigation systems Operate and maintain tractors, skid steers, sprayers, mowers, and other equipment Coordinate pest and weed control programs Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies Promote a safe, productive, and organized work environment Qualifications Experience managing a tree farm, nursery, landscaping, agriculture, or similar operation preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant health Experience operating agricultural equipment Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to lead by example Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for growth with a long-term operation If you enjoy working outdoors, leading a team, and taking pride in growing high-quality trees, we'd like to hear from you.
