Seeking an older healthy, fit, energetic, gentleman who loves to learn, manage, organize as needed and asked for by the owner.. you would be an addition and learning how to be a sort of
MINI -ME
for the owner, like a personal assistant to him in running things when he cannot be there or if he needs to leave. You would be the one he would rely on to keep things going and to manage the employees without being bossy or interfering with their work. We have workers who will have questions, you will be the one keeping things going each day with the ability to understand what needs to be done because you may have even done it before. We need you to stay sharp on the job each day. Spanish is appreciated Must be conscientious, honest, diligent, a hard worker with integrity as much of your work will be on your own merits as you go... finishing tasks each day and fulfilling orders. There is both indoor work in the warehouse and outdoor work taking care of animals, cows, buffalo, chickens, building new buildings, some construction experience, including chicken coops, greenhouses, caring for the grounds and some gardening-- skills required and know how because you being able "to do" is beneficial to help for the workers. Knowledge of welding, woodwork, and construction skills are also appreciated. Anyone who seeks TRUTH and has worked on a farm will love this amazing job as will fit nicely into routines with a similar load experienced on a farm. Always something to do and must be knowledgeable enough to be skilled at quite a few things. Very interesting, pleasant working surroundings w/as much learning. knowledge, growth experience available as you are ready to take on. Pay will be according to skill and academic level.
