What You'll Do:
Develop, implement and manage the fertilizer supply budgets and work with procurement to meet the needs of the branches
Review and analyze progress towards the achievement of supply and inventory position goals
Communicate with area managers, branch managers and sales staff to discuss fertilizer market movement
Work with logistics to ensure product gets to the right place at the right time
Bring new ideas to the managers on innovative and change
Liaison between customers, suppliers, division leadership and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions' products and services
What You'll Bring:
Bachelors degree or equivalent required
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or operations
10+ years of people leadership experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and the ability to learn new software programs (SAP)
