RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Remove deceased animals from the holding systems Prepare and distribute feeds to livestock Maintain system organization and move fish as needed Water testing and data entry Administer livestock treatments Remove animals in need of treatment and place in hospital systems Identify and remove healthy animals from the treatment system Clean and maintain tanks, systems, and work areas Mix and distribute chemicals Count and adjust inventory as required Secondary

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Assist livestock acclimation, freshwater husbandry, invert husbandry, packing and picking, facility maintenance teams. Other responsibilities as assigned Qualification/Requirements Bachelor's degree in biology or related field or equivalent experience Weekend and holiday work required Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Knowledge of marine fishes and invertebrates required Fish pathology, coral husbandry, and coral propagation a plus Aquarium keeping, preferred (Ever kept a fish tank? Let us know!) Physical Requirements Standing for more than 7 hours per day. Able to lift 60 lbs.
