Role:

Join a high-level dressage training program as a vital member of our team, caring for 25+ horses ranging from young prospects to seasoned competition horses including stallions. We're a fast-paced, team-oriented barn where the well-being of our horses comes first, and everyone contributes to that shared goal.

Responsibilities include:

Daily grooming and tacking Feeding and turnout Tack cleaning and barn organization Basic equine first aid and routine care Support at shows or clinics as needed Record keeping

What We're Looking For:

Confidence and experience handling sporthorses, including young horses and stallions A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask Ability to lift 30 lbs and walk activity through the day! This is a farm job and very active! A positive, team-player attitude and great communication skills Reliability and consistency in a physically demanding role Bonus Skills (not required but appreciated): Clipping, braiding, or experience at shows Previous dressage barn experience Bilingual (English/Spanish)
