Key Responsibilities:

✅ Office & Administrative Duties Manage reservations, process payments, and handle guest inquiries Answer phone calls and assist visitors with check-ins Utilize Google Suite & Microsoft programs for daily tasks Maintain accurate records and organize office information ✅ Guest Services & Customer Experience Assist guests with campsite setup and check-ins Respond to guest questions, comments, and concerns professionally Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all visitors Help plan and execute campground activities and events ✅ Facility & Grounds Maintenance Regularly inspect and clean campsites, fire pits, and common areas Maintain bathrooms, office, and public spaces to high sanitation standards Monitor and balance pool chemical levels (training provided) Keep the park clean by picking up trash and ensuring overall upkeep ✅ Problem Solving & Adaptability Work both independently and with a team in a dynamic environment Adjust to challenges and assist with unexpected situations as they arise Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and strong decision-making skills Who We're Looking For ✔

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required ✔

Customer Service Experience:

Preferred background in hospitality, retail, or service industry ✔

Skills & Competencies:
