As a team member you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our farm operations including customer service. This is a hands-on role that requires your willingness to gather knowledge of animal care, data collection, and mechanical skills. Responsibilities Feed and monitor fish in tanks or ponds Perform regular inspections of fish health and water quality Clean tanks, filters, and equipment to maintain optimal conditions for fish Assist with the harvesting and processing of fish Perform basic plumbing tasks for water circulation systems Customer service and messaging our customer list. Cleaning store. Qualifications Ability to interact with customers. Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and operation Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Please note that this is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
