Pay $20.00 per hour Schedule Full-Time Start time: 8:00 AM Typical end time: 5:00-6:00 PM Weekend availability is required Job Responsibilities Load and unload kayak trailers. Transport kayaks to and from the launch area. Welcome customers and provide excellent service. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Manage reservations and assist with customer check-ins. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Support the team to ensure every customer has an outstanding experience. Qualifications Positive attitude and professional appearance. Strong leadership skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather throughout the day. Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, outdoor recreation, or similar fields is a plus, but not required.
