Agronomy Location Manager

Job Description

A well-established agronomy company is looking to hire a Location Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy agronomy center. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the agronomy facility, including fertilizer and chemicals Lead, coach, and develop location employees while promoting a strong safety culture (8-10 people) Coordinate product inventory, receiving, storage, and dispatch to meet customer needs Schedule and oversee agronomy operations including blending, loading, application, and delivery Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide outstanding service to growers Ensure compliance with all company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards Assist with budgeting, operational planning, and achieving location profitability goals Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility upkeep to maximize operational efficiency Work closely with the sales team to support customer growth and seasonal business demands
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail agronomy, agribusiness, or agricultural operations Leadership or management experience preferred Knowledge of agronomy products including seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while leading a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours during seasonal peaks Please submit a resume for consideration.
