Job Description

Inspector Responsibilities:

Emission Inspectors play an important role in identifying heavy polluting vehicles. The goal of Georgia's I/M Program is to ensure the vehicles you inspect meet criteria for the pollutants they emit. Meeting these criteria helps improve our air quality. The I/M program rules include specific procedures for conducting emissions inspections. Failing to adhere to these procedures can result in violations, penalties, or revocation of the inspector license. This is a part-time position with a starting wage of $14 hourly. The ideal candidate is flexible and is able to work weekends. Having a Georgia Clean Air Force Certification is required to perform this job!!! At this time we are only accepting applications for applicants that are currently certified. You will be offered an interview if you are currently certified and meet the following criteria!!! Must have a clean driving record ( no more than 2 traffic violation in the last three years) Must have reliable transportation. Must be comfortable with driving on the interstate. Must be able to pass a drug test We are looking for ambitious individuals who can grow with the company! We look forward to meeting you!
