Job Duties Working knowledge of statistical data collection Capabilities Studies and Gage R&R's.

Work with Product development activities.

Advance knowledge of metallurgical equipment.

Assist in Development of training programs regarding complex measuring equipment.

Create and modify programs for stationary and portable coordinates measuring equipment & related software.

Writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting gage programs.

Create and maintain pictorial and written work instructions for inspection procedures.

Perform root cause analysis for problem solving.

Inspection and analysis of welds per AWS standards.

Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in all Level 1 and Level 2 Inspector activities

Must be able to set-up, program, and operate Virtek, Faro Arm, and CMM Preferred Qualifications Can create and modify programs for stationary and portable coordinate measuring equipment & related software Working knowledge of statistical data collection, capability studies, and Gage R&R.

Root Cause analysis and problem-solving skills
