Previous landscaping experience is helpful, but it is not required - we are looking for people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to develop their skills. Entry-level candidates are welcome; though landscaping or outdoor labor experience is strongly preferred. Able to understand and follow work and safety directions in English or Spanish. Comfortable performing physical outdoor work, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, and gripping. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and use safe lifting practices for heavier materials. Willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while using required PPE. Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback. A valid CA driver's license is preferred but not required. Must be able to use a tablet or smartphone with ease, for document review, time clock punches, etc.
