Roof experience is a must Experience with hand and power tools, prepping sites, fixing structural issues, and install new fixtures Demolition and Prep Drywall and Paint Plumbing Carpentry Basic Maintenance Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, and prolonged outdoor work

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid Drivers License Must have reliable transportation Truck required Must have own basic hand tools Good communication skills and ability to read basic project instructions. Basic understanding of OSHA guidelines or general site safety protocols. Consistent, reliable attendance, and ability to take direction from site foremen

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week
