Duties Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up equipment Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools under supervision Support installation activities by transporting materials and assisting skilled workers with their tasks Conduct routine safety inspections of work areas to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of the work site by removing waste and organizing tools and materials Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately to team leads to maintain a safe working environment Experience Prior experience in outdoor manual labor or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with energy and resilience Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Basic understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments is advantageous but not mandatory This role is perfect for individuals eager to build practical experience in field operations while contributing to impactful projects.
