We operate across multiple channels including e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and marketing campaigns. We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Production Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves fashion, and isn't afraid to be hands-on with anything required to help the business succeed. Role Overview This role is ideal for someone who has previous fashion production experience. You'll support daily operations across e-commerce, retail & wholesale. Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude are essential. Shopify and JOOR experience are a must have. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Operations Manage inventory, restocks, and incoming shipment tracking Wholesale & B2B Support Assist with preparing line sheets, lookbooks, and order forms in JOOR and on Shopify Manage PO's for wholesale purchasing Instruct the warehouse on processing and packing wholesale orders Liaise with showrooms, studios, or boutique partners as directed by the CEO Who You Are Passionate about fashion Extremely organized, reliable, and able to multitask across departments without making mistakes A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and learns quickly Comfortable in both online and hands-on operational work Proficient in Shopify and JOOR Strong communication skills—written and verbal Prior experience in fashion is essential What We Offer Direct mentorship from the CEO and exposure to all parts of the business Growth opportunities within the company Creative, supportive, and fast-paced work environment
