Compensation:
$19.96 per hour Summary/Objective Perform general maintenance on vehicles as they process through the operation. Essential Functions Use jump cables on vehicles to restart. Charge high and low voltage cars. Perform tire pressure checks on cars. Install solar panels for car charge. Scan car locations. Responsible for vehicle maintenance. Maintain solar panels. Competencies Effective communicator in listening, writing, and verbal. Must be detail oriented. Ability to solve problems. Ability to work as a team. Ability to organize and prioritize competing responsibilities. Punctual and dependable person. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct reports. Work Environment Outdoors exposed to changing and/or extreme weather conditions (for instance, rain, sun, snow, wind, humidity, etc.). Physical Demands Moderate physical activity performing strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative or production/technical nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position often requires overtime. Travel Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience. Computer Operations Basic personal computer skills.
