JOB DESCRIPTION
THE
EMPLOYEE MUST PERFORM THE TASK WITH A SCISSORS IN HIS DOMINANT HAND. THE EMPLOYEE MUST TRANSPORT THE CARDIAC SACS FROM THE EVISCERATION TABLE AND TRIM THEM APPROPRIATELY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPANY'S SPECIFICATIONS. THE EMPLOYEE WILL WORK IN A HUMID ENVIRONMENT WORK PROCEDURE
1.
ENSURE THE STERILIZER IS AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE 2. REPORT IF THE DESTERELIZER IS NOT AT THE TEMPERATURE OF 185 DEGREES 3. THE EMPLOYEE MUST CARRY AT LEAST ONE SCISSORS AND BE ABLE TO PUSH AT LEAST 30 LBS 4. RETRIEVE THE HEART SAC BARREL STORED ON THE EVISCERATION TABLE WITH ROLLING WHEELS 5. BRING THE RESIPIENT TO THE HEART SAC CUT AREA 6. REMOVE THE HEART SACS FROM THE BARREL AND REMOVE ALL EXCESS FAT AND TISSUE FROM THE HEART SAC. YOU SHOULD TRIM IT TO THE CUSTOMER'S SPECIFICATIONS 7. THE CARDIAC SAC MUST BE PLACED IN THE ASSIGNED RESIPIENT FOR SUBSEQUENT PROSESSATION 8. STERILIZE THE SCISSORS IN EACH 9. OTHER TASKS WILL BE ASSIGNED POINTS TO REMEMBER 1.
All equipment and tools delivered must be kept in sanitary condition at all times. All equipment and tools delivered must be removed and properly stored at the workstation on designated hooks and racks during breaks. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
It requires field of vision, ability to lift at least 50 pounds, bend, turn, climb, and bend, use a knife and meat hook simultaneously with both hands, operate in extreme hot and cold conditions, and stand for long periods.
