Job Description

Solaris HealthCare seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team serving senior residents. The PTA will carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, documenting progress in the EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
