What You'll Do Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise progressions, and patient education in true 1:1 sessions. Collaborate with supportive clinic directors and an engaged multidisciplinary team to uphold our "higher standard of care." Shape or receive mentorship: new grads ease into lighter caseloads with guided CEU pathways, while experienced clinicians have opportunities to teach and lead clinical initiatives. Qualifications:
What You'll Bring Active Florida PTA license (or eligibility) and roughly 3+ years' outpatient experience
motivated newer clinicians with a growth mindset are also encouraged to apply.
Strong manual skills and a passion for individualized, movement-based treatment. A friendly, team-first attitude and enthusiasm for building lasting patient relationships.
