Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces Handle various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing used linens, making up beds, and other misc tasks. Operate cleaning equipment to ensure optimal results Follow safety procedures for handling chemical agents and cleaning supplies to maintain a safe work environment Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within residential or commercial property settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and the safe handling of chemical agents Ability to operate various cleaning equipment Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, chemical handling, and facilities maintenance Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards renters Physical stamina for manual tasks such making beds, vacuuming, etc Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment Join us in creating spotless spaces that leave lasting impressions!
