This is not simply our job, it's our passion. Job Summary The Coordinator, Private Homes is responsible for managing pre-arrival, in-house, and post-stay stages of the residents. They will ensure homeowners receive personalized service and that all owner expectations are not just met, but exceeded, throughout their stay. Key Duties & Responsibilities Maintain a high level of knowledge of products, services, and offerings to communicate and sell them to homeowners
Promote the activities happening at the resort
Communicate homeowner arrivals, preferences, and expectations to all appropriate departments
Interact with homeowners on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of our products, services, and offerings
Assist with homeowner transportation around the resort, as needed
Contribute to the planning and execution of homeowner events
Execute a year-round homeowner long-distance engagement strategy
Record all homeowner issues in the guest response tracking system
Ensure all homeowners complaints and concerns are resolved
Be fully familiar with the home types, floorplans, locations, and amenities
Be aware of all homeowner movements across the resort
Perform personal checks of room and amenity readiness prior to homeowner arrivals
Perform personal checks of homes following homeowner departures
Maintain accurate records of in-home
OS&E/FF&E
inventory
Coordinate vendor access to homes and any relevant logistics
Book and charge per SOP for on-site bookings, as well as third-party vendors
Assist with additional responsibilities, as assigned by the Manager, Private Homes or other members of management Skills, Experience, & Educational Requirements Must be computer literate, knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Opera is essential. Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to multi-task. Has the ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 50 pounds Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc. Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
