Job Summary We are looking for a General Technician to support the repair and restoration of gas turbine components through a variety of manual processes and machine operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work and are eager to develop their skills in a precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform blending and polishing on metal and coated component surfaces. Carry out manual drilling for cooling hole re-opening processes. Operate testing equipment such as airflow, waterflow, and moment weighing systems. Operate manufacturing equipment including robotic polishers, shot peening, and cold spraying machines. Ensure product quality while meeting production targets and schedules. Maintain equipment, workplace cleanliness, and housekeeping standards. Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report unsafe conditions promptly. Support other production activities as assigned. Requirements NITEC in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. 2 years of relevant manufacturing or technical experience is preferred Experience using pneumatic and powered hand tools. Able to work rotating day and night shifts.
