World-class facilities including a fully renovated golf course that was completed in 2020, a sports complex for tennis, pickleball, wellness and swimming, and a famed ballroom in which are presented some of Dallas' most memorable and fashionable social events. During the past twenty years, Brook Hollow has renovated or replaced substantially all of its facilities.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
We are a high end service golf operation looking for highly energetic, team-oriented members to provide the best possible service for a high-profile membership. Creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at all times Greet members & guests upon arrival Provide the highest level of customer service standards as set by management Cleaning and prepping golf carts Cleaning and storing Member's and Guest's golf Assist in Tournament Operations Managing the Driving Range- picking and cleaning golf balls, cleaning clubs, setting and breaking down the driving range, carrying golf bags, and assisting members with their needs Must be able to clearly understand and communicate with Members, guests and co-workers in English to include verbally and in writing. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and/or over time if needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must work well with others as a team and help co-workers as needed. Must have an outgoing personality. Should have an eye for detail. Must possess honesty and integrity. Must be always courteous and tactful. Must be innovative and look for areas that need improvement. Perform other duties as required.

Experience and knowledge of the golf industry preferred Hospitality & customer service experience is an asset Applicants must be able to perform work duties for up to 8 hours outside Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and/or sit up to16 hours per day. Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and/or controls. Reach with hands and arms. Hearing and talking sufficient to communicate with members, guests, and co-workers.
