We are looking for a reliable, responsible & motivated person to work for a fast growing Landscaping Company located in Danbury, Connecticut. We mainly maintain condo's in the surrounding Danbury Area. Most importantly looking for someone who can speak and understand English. Being bi-lingual would be ideal although not required. We are looking for someone with previous supervisor/foreman experience in the Landscaping industry. An individual who is able to take directions from the owner and provide directions to their crew to ensure work is being performed correctly and completely while working alongside other employees. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Working with and overseeing lawn crew at condo's Must have previous snow plow/sander expierence and be able to manage and oversee a crew during snow removal months (Knowing how to operate a skid steer, loader, and mini excavator) Knowledgable in maintaining mower equipment and small machines would be great although not required Maintaining professionalism at all times while on the job Understanding and following through with tasks Any person with horticultural experience and or knowledge would benefit their salary positively

Required Skills:

Experience driving with truck & trailer, and box truck Snow Plowing Experience A clean and valid Connecticut Drivers License MUST have prior Foreman/Supervisor experience (minimum of 5 years in position)
