Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Foreman to lead our mowing and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, including mowing, mulching, trimming and clean ups. As Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing customer accounts with weekly maintenance, ensuring efficiency with routes and scheduled projects. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily / weekly lawn maintenance route. Lead a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Oversee the installation of new landscape features, including trees, shrubs, flowers, and hardscapes. Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and equipment operation. Communicate effectively with owner and office manager to ensure customer requests are accommodated and that all jobs are completed to company standard. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or grounds keeping with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during landscaping projects. Familiarity with operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
