Air Temp Solutions is looking for a Plumbing Manager who knows the trade, knows how to lead people, and knows how to turn great technicians into a high-performing team. You'll have a direct impact on our technicians, customers, operations, and bottom line — with the opportunity to build, improve, and grow our plumbing division.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the day-to-day operations of our Plumbing Service team Manage scheduling, dispatch, workflow, and productivity Provide technical support and help technicians solve challenging problems Maintain high standards for workmanship, customer service, and safety Track KPIs, job performance, efficiency, and profitability Handle escalated customer issues and turn problems into solutions Help develop systems and processes that allow the plumbing department to grow Build a culture where good technicians want to stay and great technicians want to succeed
WE'RE LOOKING FOR A LEADER
You should have: 5+ years of plumbing service experience Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Strong plumbing knowledge and field experience Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team Excellent communication and organizational skills If you're a strong plumbing leader who wants more responsibility, more opportunity, and the ability to make a real impact , we want to hear from you.
