Salary:

Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors. Develop and implement project work plans and production schedules. Monitor productivity and adjust resources to maintain schedule commitments. Oversee installation of water, sewer, storm drainage, force mains, fire water mains, pump stations, and related utility infrastructure. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and municipal standards. Lead utility conflict resolution and unforeseen field condition management. Coordinate inspections, testing, and project turnover activities. Leadership & Team Management Direct and mentor foremen, operators, laborers, and subcontractors. Conduct daily production meetings and weekly planning sessions. Establish performance expectations and accountability throughout project teams. Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and employee development. Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Safety Management Promote and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks. Investigate incidents and near misses while implementing corrective actions. Ensure all personnel maintain required certifications and safety training. Drive a zero-incident safety culture across all projects. Project Coordination Collaborate closely with Project Managers regarding budgets, schedules, and project performance. Participate in owner, engineer, and subcontractor coordination meetings. Review project schedules and identify potential risks before they impact production. Maintain accurate daily reports, production tracking, and project documentation. Assist with project forecasting and resource planning. Client Relations Serve as the primary field representative for clients, inspectors, utility authorities, and consultants. Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness. Resolve project concerns professionally and efficiently.
