We have a few new openings for people with extensive experience in leading landscape teams for a position in Aventura. We also have a few other landscaper and landscape driver positions available.

This person must:

Be able to report to our property in Aventura and our office in Dania. have a valid driver's license be able to pass drug test, physical and background check must have reliable transportation to sites in North Miami and Aventura. At least 3 years experiences leading landscape teams knowledge and experience on most landscape equipment, (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, pole pruners, etc. Bilingual a plus but not required. This position will also come with a company phone, email, and require daily reporting. A qualified candidate should be able to use email, be tech savy, have good communication skills, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure high-quality standards. Oversee landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols. Manage irrigation systems—installing, repairing, and maintaining to optimize water efficiency across various sites. Lead gardening and horticulture efforts by selecting appropriate plants, managing soil health, and implementing sustainable practices. Supervise teams performing tree care, trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetic appeal. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor maintenance quality, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions. Foster a positive team environment through leadership, training on best practices in landscaping and maintenance techniques, and promoting safety awareness. Experience Proven supervising experience within landscape maintenance or landscaping fields. Strong background in lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, fertilization, and pest control. Hands-on experience with construction activities related to landscape projects such as hardscaping or installation work. Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, disease management, and safety procedures. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
