Requirements:

Must be able to drive a company vehicle to job sites Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and staff in a positive manner Willingness to learn new skills and the ability to adapt to change Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicle to job sites Maintain tools and equipment at the job site during process so that they function properly and remain clean Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good condition and that the jobs are completed by the scheduled end time Report any maintenance issues with tools or equipment to management so that repairs can be made Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping Strong supervisory skills with a background in leading teams Proficient in lawn care, irrigation, and groundskeeping techniques Experience in mechanical maintenance of equipment Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients Summary In the role of Landscape Foreman, you will oversee landscape maintenance route, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines.
