Ritz Express , a state of the art express tunnel car wash locally owned in Lewiston, ID is looking to add a additional motivated and experienced Manager to our team. This leadership role is essential to creating a positive, high-energy work environment focused on excellent guest service, efficient operations, and a clean, safe car wash experience. As Manager, you will help oversee daily operations and lead by example. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing a guest-focused team, maintaining operational standards, supporting equipment and site upkeep, and ensuring the express wash runs smoothly and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper uniform attire as well as car wash team following uniform/appearance policy Lead, support, and manage a cohesive, highly effective team Provide daily leadership to the team while ensuring strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols Train the team on a high level of product knowledge, wash package details, upgrades as well as our membership program Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members Ensure the site remains clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready Monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and help ensure proper operating procedures are followed Oversee administrative tasks, including supply ordering and inventory management Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards Maintain a professional, guest-first approach in all customer and team interactions What We're Looking For Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and in varying weather conditions Ability to stand for long periods of time Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Commitment to providing exceptional guest service Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude Basic mechanical skills are a plus Rotating Saturday availability is required Previous management or supervisory experience required Compensation is based on experience.
