Client Relations Manager Role:
The Client Relations Manager Role will work closely with our Maintenance team as well as provide high-level of customer service to build long-term business relationships with exiting cliental. You are responsible for managing and expanding relations with maintenance clients in assigned territories throughout the Chicago area. This role will be liable for managing and maintaining Maintenance work orders and contracts. Green industry experience is a must! How You'll Do It:
You'll develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met, follows the client and Company standards. You'll manage, expand, and retain relationships with identified maintenance clients; both residential and commercial, with the goal of building profitable, long-term business relationships. You'll develop and maintain good communication, high safety standards, and positive relations with coworkers, customers, and the public. Be responsible for the execution and quality of the work order or contract, including acquisition of material, scheduling, installation, maintenance, and replacements. What Success in
This Role Looks Like:
You will submit accurate and timely paperwork, time records, work orders, reports, and other documents that are required. Create maintenance proposals for identified new leads utilizing BOSS LM Operating Software. Communicate routinely and consistently with all clients, both internal and external, via phone, text, email, or other appropriate technology to maintain good communication, high standards, and positive relations.
Skills and Experience You Offer:
Believe in a growth mindset, open to change and idea-sharing. Contribute to company culture through our mission statement and core values. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Aspire or other cloud-based management software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Qualifications:
Three to five years of customer service experience and/or training is required. Account management experience in the green industry is preferred. Must be able to communicate in English; including; read, write and use of computer and phones. Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
