We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for a crew, drive a truck and trailer safely, communicate with customers and employees, and help keep jobs moving efficiently. Responsibilities Drive company trucks with landscape trailers Lead and work alongside a landscaping crew Communicate daily job expectations to crew members Keep the crew productive and jobs on schedule Perform quality checks before leaving each property Communicate with customers when needed Load, secure, and transport equipment and materials Operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment Assist with landscaping, cleanups, mowing, trimming, mulch, planting, and other property maintenance Help maintain and care for trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment Report jobsite or equipment issues to the owner Requirements Valid driver's license and clean/reliable driving record Must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Previous landscaping, construction, or similar outdoor work experience preferred Previous crew leader or supervisory experience preferred Dependable and able to show up on time Good communication and leadership skills Able to work outdoors and perform physical work Comfortable taking responsibility for a crew and completing jobs without constant supervision Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is a plus What We're Looking For We need someone who is more than just a laborer. Job Type:

Full-time Schedule:

Monday-Friday with additional hours as needed during busy periods

Pay:

$25 - $30+ per hour depending on experience and qualifications If you have landscaping experience, can safely drive a truck and trailer, and are interested in taking on a leadership role, we would like to hear from you.
