Overview Landscape Foreman Luxury Lawn and Landscape is looking for an experienced, dependable Landscape Foreman to lead a 2-3 person crew installing high-quality landscapes and outdoor living spaces. Our projects may include landscaping, hardscaping, paver patios, retaining walls, drainage, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, planting, grading, and other outdoor construction projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, can lead a crew, and understands how to balance quality craftsmanship with strong productivity . The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for keeping projects organized, directing crew members, communicating with management, operating equipment, and making sure each job is completed safely and according to plan. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a 2-3 person landscape installation crew Organize daily tasks and keep crew members productive Install landscapes, hardscapes, pavers, retaining walls, drainage, outdoor living spaces, and related projects Read and follow landscape plans, blueprints, measurements, and job specifications Ensure work meets company quality standards Maintain attention to detail without sacrificing productivity Operate skid steers, mini skid steers, compactors, saws, and other landscape/construction equipment Properly use and maintain hand tools and power tools Communicate material, equipment, and job-site needs to management Track project progress and help keep jobs on schedule Train and direct crew members on proper installation techniques Maintain a clean and organized job site Load and unload materials and equipment Follow and enforce company safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers when necessary Identify job-site problems and help develop practical solutions Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, landscape construction, or related construction work Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong understanding of landscape and hardscape installation practices Ability to lead by example and work alongside the crew Ability to read measurements, plans, blueprints, and job specifications Experience operating equipment commonly used in the landscape industry Strong attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, organized, and able to stay on task Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to lift 50+ pounds when needed Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience Preferred:

2+ years of landscaping, hardscaping, or landscape construction experience 1+ year of crew leadership or foreman experience Experience installing pavers, retaining walls, drainage, grading, planting, and outdoor living projects Experience operating skid steers, mini skid steers, compactors, saws, and similar equipment General construction experience will also be considered.
