In this role, you will manage a team of skilled crew members, coordinate with clients and project managers, and ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Your expertise in grounds maintenance, landscaping, irrigation management, and horticulture will drive high-quality results while maintaining safety standards and project timelines. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape hardscape crew members, ensuring efficient workflow and quality craftsmanship on all projects Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and specifications Oversee the operation of grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment, including ground prep tools, pavers, concrete mixers, and irrigation systems Manage construction projects from start to finish, including site preparation, installation of hardscape features, and finishing touches Ensure proper plant identification and integration with hardscape elements to create cohesive outdoor spaces Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to job sites and manage equipment logistics Maintain safety protocols on-site, conduct regular inspections, and promote a culture of safety among team members Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met or exceeded Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks such as lawn care, gardening, irrigation management, and landscape upkeep to support overall site aesthetics Troubleshoot issues related to irrigation systems or hardscape installations promptly to minimize delays Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or hardscape projects with a strong leadership background Extensive outdoor work experience with knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and grounds upkeep Skilled in plant identification and horticulture practices to enhance landscape designs Familiarity with construction standards and local building codes related to hardscape installation Proficient in operating landscaping equipment, grounds maintenance tools, irrigation systems, and company vehicles Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate crew members and foster a collaborative environment Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members effectively Ability to interpret project plans, technical drawings, and specifications accurately Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment Join us as a Foreman in Landscape Hardscape to lead innovative outdoor projects that transform spaces into beautiful functional landscapes.
