A minimum of 4 years of relevant residential gardening or landscaping experience in a professional setting is required for this role. Strong skill sets in hand pruning ornamental trees and advanced shrub pruning techniques would be an extra asset. In this role, you'll help maintain and enhance a wide variety of gardens and landscapes, with work that may include: Fine garden maintenance Garden renovations and planting projects Pruning and detailed plant care Landscape enhancements General landscape maintenance work This is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, variety from day to day, leadership opportunities, and the satisfaction of doing careful, high-quality work outdoors.
