Production Manager - Landscape Installation Accu Cut Lawn Care & Landscaping, LLC | Burlington/Greensboro, NC At Accu Cut, we take pride in the work we do and the people who do it. We're looking for a Production Manager - Install who knows landscape installation inside and out, cares about doing the job right, and genuinely enjoys leading a team. You'll be out on properties, in the field with your crews, solving problems as they come up, and making sure every install we complete reflects the Accu Cut standard. What You'll Do Stay closely connected with our Account Managers to understand what our clients need and expect Walk properties ahead of scheduled installs and build a specific action plan so crews show up ready to execute Oversee all landscape install projects — coordinating people, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to get quality work done Keep an eye on irrigation systems tied to new installs, catch problems early, and loop in the right people to get them fixed Spot plant health issues — insect or disease problems — before they affect the quality of an install Jump in and work alongside your crews when the schedule calls for it — you lead by example, not just by instruction Champion safety on every job site and hold the team accountable to our equipment and safety standards Partner with Account Managers on staffing needs, hiring, and building out daily crew schedules Handle the paperwork that comes with employee changes and new hires Coach, train, and develop your crew members — including real hands-on instruction on equipment operation, installation technique, and quality standards Keep project entries and required documentation current and accurate Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries What We're Looking For Solid hands-on experience in landscape installation or a related field, with a track record of leading crews Working knowledge of irrigation systems, plant health, and quality landscape standards Someone who can train and develop people, not just supervise them Strong organizational skills — you can juggle schedules, paperwork, and problems on the fly without dropping the ball A safety-first mindset A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Accu Cut We're a growing, locally rooted landscaping company that believes in taking care of our people the way we take care of our clients' properties.
