Looking to hire in the next 2 weeks. We are looking for supervisors & foreman for our Lawn, Irrigation, Softscapes and Hardscapes divisions. We will consider training technicians with the right job skill set. Due to the considerable overlap between divisions, applicants with diverse skill sets will be valued accordingly. Applicants will be evaluated based on experience, accomplished training, and overall professional presentation to determine a possible starting level within the company. Employees have quarterly opportunities to advance level status, pay and benefit opportunities. Wages for all supervisors & foremen is $22 - $30, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license - We are only hiring for employees that can demonstrate their ability to properly & safely operate a commercial vehicle. Applicants must pass a vehicle background check and be willing / able to bring your own report from the DMV. (State of NH is a $15/fee to obtain your driving history Ability and willingness to obtain a DOT medical card (at company expense). All applicants must have a proven track record of managing crews. References are required. Willingness to work outdoors even when the weather is extreme - (heat, cold, rain, snow) Ability to lift up to 50 + lbs Flexibility - year round employees have a variety of job tasks and may be asked to do several things across divisions. Employees with a wide variety of skills sets and the willingness to use them ultimately receive the most hours Turf Technician applicants must have large trailer towing experience and a minimum of 3 complete season's experience operating commercial mowing equipment. Hardscape and Irrigation Technician applicants must have a proven and verifiable track record of skill sets. Demonstrates an excellent attention to detail Takes verbal directions well Possesses a drive to grow, learn and expand skillset Excellent time management skills - Landscaping is a seasonal job unless you have solid mechanical and building skills, so we must make the most of every available working day. All new hires are subject to a 30 day probationary period. Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to complete timesheets accurately.
