Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. In this role, you will oversee a variety of groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and hardscaping construction projects, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crews engaged in lawn care, planting, pruning, hardscaping, irrigation management, and grounds maintenance Oversee the operation of groundskeeping and landscaping equipment, including company vehicles, ensuring proper use and safety compliance Manage multiple hardscaping construction projects from planning through completion, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Identify plants accurately to ensure proper care and maintenance; implement horticultural best practices to promote healthy growth Schedule and assign tasks efficiently to maximize team productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols Train team members on equipment operation, landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, tree care, and grounds maintenance procedures Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles with a strong background in team management and crew supervision Extensive outdoor work experience involving lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, hardscaping construction projects, tree care, and irrigation systems Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and grounds maintenance best practices Hands-on experience operating groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools; familiarity with construction equipment is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of safety standards related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation Construction experience related to hardscape installation or landscape architecture is desirable Join us as a Landscaping Supervisor to lead our talented teams in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes! Pay:

$27.62 - $33.27 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
