The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, with proven leadership and supervising experience. This role involves overseeing daily operations of landscape projects, ensuring quality standards, and managing team members to deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. The Landscape Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for coordinating various tasks including gardening, irrigation, tree care, and construction activities to maintain the beauty and health of landscapes. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilizing. Oversee lawn care operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Lead tree care projects such as pruning, removal, and health assessments. Oversee gardening tasks including planting, mulching, and seasonal adjustments. Supervise construction projects related to landscape improvements or installations. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations to maintain a safe work environment. Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques and equipment use. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance. Requirements • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Must be able to drive with a truck and trailer. Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture. Supervising or leadership experience in a landscaping or outdoor maintenance setting. Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor environments is a plus. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy equipment or materials as needed.
