Experienced Hardscape & Masonry Foreman Crevina Enterprises Inc. is looking for an experienced Hardscape Construction Foreman to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, reliable leader who can run a job and manage a crew from start to finish . The right candidate must have strong experience in hardscape, masonry, excavation, and landscape construction. Sales commission and career growth opportunities with a growing company that has been around since 2012. Newer trucks and equipment, great work atmosphere and staff.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a hardscape construction crew Run projects from layout and excavation through final completion Operate excavation and construction equipment Read plans, layouts, and grades Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily jobsite activities Maintain quality control and keep projects on schedule Train, direct, and motivate crew members Communicate professionally with management and customers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Requirements:
Extensive experience in hardscape and masonry construction Experience installing patios, retaining walls, steps, walkways, and outdoor living spaces Ability to operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, and site preparation Ability to manage a crew and take responsibility for an entire project Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail Competitive pay based on experience.
