Fullerton Grounds Maintenance Join Our Team FGM is seeking an experienced, dependable Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a landscape maintenance crew and ensure our condominium and commercial properties are maintained to the highest standards. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties. Plan daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, weeding, seasonal cleanups, and other landscape maintenance tasks. Operate and maintain landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other tools. Train, mentor, and motivate crew members. Inspect work for quality and ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, materials, equipment, and any site concerns. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety policies. What We're Looking For Previous experience leading a landscape maintenance crew. Strong knowledge of commercial and condominium landscape maintenance practices. Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus). Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused. Why FGM?
