The ideal candidate for the landscape supervisor position is a strong leader, experienced in directing the work of 2-5 crew members. Our crews handle a variety of service lines including basic landscape maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, and seasonal plantings. Must have valid and clean driver's license. Bi-lingual is a plus. Responsibilities of the supervisor will include: Ability to manage Performance & Quality Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members Maintaining a schedule and ensuring expectations are met. Recognizing issues on client sites and alerting Operations Manager. Providing the Operations Manager with feedback on crew member.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong organizational Attention to detail. Consistently meets deadlines. Valid Driver's license required acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Safety:

Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
