Irrigation Manager Twin Resources is a large Design/Build Landscape Company located in Monmouth County serving the Tri-State area.

POSITION SUMMARY

This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations of the Irrigation /Lighting construction division. Applicant must exhibit strong leadership skills and be capable of managing multiple installations crews.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Material acquisition prior to start of each project
• Job tracking from start to finish
• Manage budgeted crew hours & material costs
• Prioritize and completed work & service requests
• Motivate employees and crews
• Mentor and train employees
• Resolve field issues & questions from foreman & project managers
• Submit completed service requests & work order for billing

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate and Contribute to Twin's initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with external clients and associates on a consistent basis
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Other duties assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position is responsible for assigning, reviewing and checking the work of other employees. List of positions/job titles reporting to this position:

• Foreman
• Laborers

SATURDAY WORKDAYS

• Saturdays are required during the following months from March to November.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• HS Diploma

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience/knowledge in irrigation/lighting
• Current Valid NJ Landscape Irrigation License
• Minimum 2 Years management experience.
• Ability to speak Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
